We are now offering: Vis Ta Vie VIP MEMBERSHIP:  this includes priority scheduling, new treatments access, and more. This does not include the treatment price! This guarantees priority for you! If a time doesn’t work, we will work you in! Speak with a team member at your next appointment

 

Please ensure services and policies are carefully reviewed prior to booking as deposits may be applied to your balance. Upon scheduling, there is a 10 minute late grace period to allow for unexpected occurrences or emergencies. Anything after the allowed grace period will result in cancelled/no-show status.

Any cancellations greater than 24hrs will be transferable for reschedule. 

Any cancellations less than 24hrs will result in your deposit being held.

 

We understand situations occur and all of our time is valuable. Two no show appointments will lead to client dismissal. Please cancel within 24 hours or if you have recently (within 30 days) tested positive for COVID-19, are having signs and symptoms of COVID-19, such as headache, slight fever, cough, or nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.  No show fees and late cancellation fees will not apply to your next appointment if this is the case, otherwise the cancellation and no show status will apply. 

 

Deposits are 50% of the overall service price. All deposits or entire payment must be paid in full at time of booking unless there has been prior arrangements made or if you are a VIP member.

 

Please schedule all follow ups with staff prior to leaving appointment as bookings fill fast, and we cannot guarantee spots (unless you are VIP).

 

Please reschedule via our website. Please do not message staff via personal text or messenger. If you must reschedule or cancel within 24 Hours please contact staff directly via our chat feature in the lower right hand corner of the website or via email. No messages will be answered via social media regarding appointments.  We will answer as soon as possible.

Any additional hours not listed, please feel free to join our VIP membership, where you can make special requests with the staff. Otherwise there will be a $20 fee for outside scheduling. Thanks.
