Policies

Please allow 48 business hours of processing time from when your order is placed to the time it is shipped. Under unusual circumstances of extremely high volume, please allow us 72 business hours of processing time. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.  You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

All orders are  shipped to be received within 7-10 business days but the customer may receive orders faster. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Additional charges will apply.

Due to the nature of products, we do not exchange any products.  All products are sealed upon purchase and to maintain the health and safety of our team members and clients we are unable to exchange or return any products.  All products are final.
